About Me She graduated in Business Administration from the University "Ca' Foscari" of Venice in 1999. She has been enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Treviso since 2004. Since 2005, she has also been registered in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Treviso and in the Register of Legal Auditors. Among her main consulting activities she has: advice and assistance in fulfilling civil and accounting obligations regarding accounting and the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements in leading companies operating in the manufacturing, services, commercial and financial sectors; advice on corporate and private civil law; advice and assistance in carrying out extraordinary transactions of private companies, public consortia and publicly owned companies: acquisition and disposal of company shareholdings and business divisions; mergers, demergers, transformations, contributions, corporate and company restructuring and reorganisation; assistance to companies in business organisation, planning, programming and management control, analysis of internal procedures. Valuation of companies and shareholdings under both public and private law. Drafting and asseveration of company valuation reports.
