Standing Auditor

She graduated with honors in Business Administration at Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza. She is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors. She is also a PhD student with a thesis entitled: “The valuation of intangible assets in the luxury goods sector” and an appraiser of the Court of Milan for civil and criminal lawsuits in the corporate economic field. Since 1997 she has collaborated with the firm of Prof. Marco Reboa where she carries out specialized consulting activities in the field of extraordinary transactions and technical consultancy. Since 2002 she has been an adjunct professor at Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza in the following courses: "Economic valuations of companies", at the Faculty of Business Economics; "Business economics and accounting and financial statements" and "Law and economics of extraordinary transactions", at the Faculty of Law; "Business valuations", at the second-level Master's Degree in Merchant Banking; "Extraordinary transactions", Preparatory course for the State Examination for Chartered Accountants, of which she is also a member of the Scientific Committee. She is also a member of the Governance Commission for listed companies at the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Corporate Law Commission within the same Association, as well as Head of the "Bibliographic Reports" section for the Journal of Chartered Accountants published by Giuffrè. She is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several Italian companies.
