SICIT Group announces the appointment of
Federico Frosini as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. In
his new role, Frosini will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the
Group's industrial operations, with the aim of improving production
performance, ensuring operational excellence across sites, and supporting
international development and growth plans.
His appointment is part of SICIT's strategy
to strengthen the Group's management structure during a phase of consolidating
its international presence and developing its production platforms in the
agricultural and construction sectors.

Career
Federico Frosini brings to SICIT over 18
years of professional experience gained between Italy and China in the chemical
and specialty materials sector. Throughout his career he has held roles of
increasing operational responsibility, from Process Engineer to Production
Manager to Plant Director, managing complex plant construction and start-up
projects, leading international teams, and overseeing production sites with
workforces of up to approximately 1,000 people. His experience includes 12
years spent in Shanghai, where he coordinated the development of an industrial
plant from the preliminary design phase through to start-up.
