About Me Graduated in Economics and Business from the Cà Foscari University of Venice in 1978. Registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Vicenza, in the Register of Legal Auditors, in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Vicenza. He was a councillor of the Order of Chartered Accountants for the Vicenza Court during the period 1991 - 2000, having served as Secretary Councillor. He practises the profession of chartered accountant exclusively. Since 2002, he has been an associate of Adacta Studio Associato di Vicenza, until November 2019. Since November 2019, he has been a founding partner and associate of Endevo Advisory Firm s.t.p.a. - Within Adacta he dealt - and within Endevo Advisory Firm s.t.p.p.a. he deals in particular with matters relating to legal and accounting issues connected with financial statements and corporate law. Member, since its establishment (1985), of the "Study Commission for Accounting Principles and Financial Statements" established by the Order of Chartered Accountants of Vicenza: he is currently its President. Member of the "Legal Control of Accounts Commission", set up by the National Council of Chartered Accountants, which drew up the Principles of Conduct for the Board of Statutory Auditors. Member of the "Joint Commission on the Rules of Conduct for Legal Control Bodies in the Reform of Company Law", set up by the National Council of Chartered Accountants and the National Council of Accountants and Commercial Experts, which drew up the Rules of Conduct for Legal Control Bodies in the Reform of Company Law. Member of the Examination Committee at the Venice Court of Appeal for the first session of examinations for registration in the register of auditors. Director of an auditing company entered in the Register of Auditors. Statutory auditor in various companies, with commercial, industrial and real estate activities. Assistant to the Bankruptcy Judge of the Court of Vicenza, having acted as receiver, judicial commissioner, liquidator and judicial administrator in bankruptcy proceedings.
