He graduated in Economics and Business Law at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2000. He successfully attended a specialization course on international treaties against double taxation at Leiden University in the Netherlands. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Lecce and of the Register of Auditors since 2005. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as a freelance professional at Studio Tributaro Deiure in Milan. From 2002 to 2011 he worked as a freelance professional at Studio Legale Chiomenti in Milan. In particular, in 2006 he was Head of Tax Department of the New York office. From 2010 (?) to 2014 he worked as a freelance professional at Maisto e Associati International Tax Consultancy Firm in Milan. From 2014 to date he has been a partner of the international tax firm Ludovici Piccone & Partners. He works mainly in the areas of income tax, financial and real estate taxation, national and international tax law. He supports corporate clients on extraordinary transactions and activities relating to transfer pricing regulations. He has also gained significant experience in matters relating to the taxation of investment funds. He is author of several publications on tax matters and frequently participates as a speaker in post-graduate specialisation courses. In 2019 he was referred to as "Recommended Lawyer" by the international directory Legal500 EMEA.
