About Me She supports Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border, dealing mainly with M&A, private equity, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, general assistance in compliance and corporate governance, establishment of companies and headquarters of foreign companies. She has also gained experience in commercial contracts, both domestic and international. She gained expertise in prestigious law firms in Milan and New York where she has also provided advice on capital market transactions (IPOs, OPAs), as well as on corporate and financial market law issues. She has also had the opportunity to assist as an external consultant an important Italian group, active in the management of motorway networks and in the sectors of construction of major infrastructure projects, transport, logistics, technology and boating, in order to guide its internationalization process with particular regard to contractual relations, tenders and the coordination of external consultants for the management of litigation both in Italy and abroad. In 2010 she obtained an LL.M. with honors in Corporate Finance and IP Law at Fordham University School of Law in New York. Since 2006 she has been qualified as a lawyer by the Order of Milan. She graduated in Law with honors at the University of Milan in 2002 with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled "The listing of internet companies", supervisor Prof. P.G. Jaeger. In 1999 she obtained a Socrates/Erasmus EU scholarship for a semester at Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona. She is a native Italian speaker and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
